I will get you a real answer immediately along with some advice/actions to take. Limit to two questions/topics.
Reminder: I do not butter your biscuits over here. I’m not mean, but definitely real. Sometimes constructive criticism and taking a look at ourselves is necessary. We can be the problem sometimes, but I will let you know if you actually aren’t the problem too!

Sometimes we can’t really hear and absorb all the nuggets of gold being said until we are ready and receptive to them- so I highly recommend giving them a few watches every few months to check in if you feel drawn to! It can also be a good marker to see how much you have grown when you hit the point of knowing and integrating all the advice successfully! (and at that point once you realize that, it’s time for a new reading because you got this!)
